XCESSIVE MANUFACTURING – RETURN POLICY
At Xcessive Manufacturing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another item. Our return window extends up to 90 days from the original purchase date. All returned products must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and include all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.
Below are the specific time frames and conditions of our return policy:
RETURN WINDOWS & FEES

• Eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable duties or import fees) -
31–60 Days From Purchase
• Eligible for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee, plus duties and import fees -
61–90 Days From Purchase
• Eligible for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee, plus duties and import fees
All returns are subject to inspection to ensure items are in original condition.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear—processing times vary by bank and credit card provider.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

SALE ITEMS
Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for refunds. Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at staff@xcessivemanufacturing.com
RETURN SHIPPING
To begin a return, please contact us at staff@xcessivemanufacturing.com for instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Transit times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Xcessive Manufacturing cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
CUSTOM PARTS – SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized parts produced by Xcessive Manufacturing are subject to special return conditions. Because these items are manufactured specifically to customer specifications, they may incur a restocking fee of 30% or more, applied at our sole discretion.
Restocking fees for custom parts depend on factors such as:

Whether the part can be reasonably resold

Material or machining costs already incurred

Labor and production time invested prior to cancellation or return
Custom products must still meet all other return requirements, including being unused, in original condition, and returned within the applicable return window. Xcessive Manufacturing reserves the right to deny returns for custom items that cannot be restocked or resold.
