IS300 Drivelines

If you're doing an engine or transmission swap in your IS300, you'll need a good driveline. We've got several options to chose from.

General fitment

The fitment of our drivelines is based on stock JZ engine placement or our swap motor brackets and cross member and in some cases, transmission adapters. The fitment is based on the stock differential. If you have a different set up for any of those parts, email or call us to confirm fitment information.

Supported transmissions

While many transmissions are "similar" in fitment, we build each driveline for it's specific application. If you don't see your application, just give us a shout to see what we can do for you.

Non-Spec Drivelines

All drivelines are made in house, so we can typically accommodate most shafts to suit your needs. If you've done you're own motor mounts, are using a different gearbox such as a G-Force dog box or have done a diff swap, just send us an email or give us a call and we can get the details worked out.

Construction and Hardware

We make all of our drivelines from new 3" x .083 DOM steel, (BMW CV shaft is 4" dia. due to length). We've found steel to handle the most abuse and last the longest, but we can also make aluminum shafts, just inquire for cost. All shafts are hydraulically pressed together with phased U-Joints, rotationally welded then straightened before spin balancing. The universal joints are size 1310 and the slip yolk and rear flanges are sized to match, no stepped down conversion universal joints. All components are new, never sourced from old drivelines.

   CV Shafts come with new CV bolts and any bolting hardware required for adapters such as the BMW ZF aluminum driveline adapter. If you don't have your original differential flange bolts with a straight shoulder or just want to upgrade to a stronger bolt, we offer premium ARP bolts. Please stay away from generic fully threaded bolts without a straight shoulder through bolth mating flanges!
