JZS160 Transmission Cross member

 Our all new cross members are designed to be a direct bolt in for manual transmission swapped cars, with added slotting for easy alignment.

Made from 1/4" laser cut steel, formed and plated you won't have to worry about the lifespan of this cross member. The solid one piece design has no welds or segmented pieces to come apart over time.

Toyota has two different rubber transmission mounts, an early style typical to the MK3 Supra generation, and a late style typical to MK4 Supra, SC300 and later as well as most overseas imported motors. The two bottom stud patterns DO NOT interchange on our cross member. Our cross member fits the later MK4 SC300 style. The mount must have a bolt spacing of 2.57" (65mm) side to side.

The early style mount with the smaller mounting pattern will not directly fit this cross member, we offer an adapter mount for these transmissions, part number T-UTM-S5.

If you have an late style transmission and would like a urethane transmission mount, you will want our Toyota Series 2 (T-UTM-S2). If you have an early model manual transmission, you will want our hybrid mount (T-UTM-S5)

 If you have a newer transmission with the Tri Pod shifter off the back, they have a different location for the transmission mount and do not directly fit our cross member.
